Sharon's corporate experience spans over 25 years, having held senior level roles in human resource management and learning and development.  She has a successful track record as a people leader, developing and leading high performance teams.  Her passion for people development and her belief in the difference that effective leadership makes to organisational culture, employee engagement and performance, led her into her current work as a leadership development facilitator, coach and career transition specialist.  As a facilitator and coach, Sharon draws on research-based tools to help her clients build the awareness, adaptability and agility needed to respond effectively to challenges and change.

Sharon enjoys connecting with nature, bushwalking, exploring new places and getting away for short breaks with family and friends.  Until recently, she's been busy supporting her daughters' equestrian pursuits.  Now that the family has moved on from horse ownership, she is looking forward to renewing her interest in lapidary.
