Building Collaborative Communities

Following extensive research and practical application, Progenuity has developed a model for building collaborative communities in organisations. The research was based on the collaborative communities established at Federation Square to counter the terror threat, Northland Shopping Centre to deal with anti-social behaviour and criminal activity and Williamstown Botanic Gardens to develop a masterplan for its restoration.

The practical steps at each stage of the model, allow organisations, no matter what stage they are at, to make substantial progress towards building a collaborative culture and community.

Our model and the associated paper were published in the Jan 2020 edition of the peer reviewed journal Change Management:  An International Journal.  Click the image to access the article.

The model has subsequently been applied successfully to the development of Practical Philosophy Australia, an online collaboration between four not-for-profit Schools of Practical Philosophy.  This application was presented at the ANU's 2020 Symposium on Strategy and Change
