Project Leadership Framework and Training
Working with the Australian Institute of Management, Progenuity partnered with Hassell in 2016 to develop a Project Leadership Framework that integrated fully with their design process and professional practices. This included the creation of a series of standardised activity flows common to all design projects. This project leadership framework was then integrated as part of a training program for the majority of Hassell staff. Following the initial pilot at the end of 2016, Progenuity has now delivered the three-day program over twenty five times to more than 450 staff including board members, executive team and over forty principals throughout Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and London. During the pandemic, Progenuity converted the program to a two-day virtual format which has been delivered successfully a further four times drawing participants together from multiple studios across several countries. |
