As Director of Academic Programs with AIM Business School in Victoria, Ian facilitated the development of the Higher Education Team to design and deliver high quality, value adding, practical business education for a broad range of students and client organisations.
Business Decision-Making and AnalysisStephen was the inaugural Unit Convener for AIM Business School's unit Business Decision-Making and Analysis in the MBA program and led the unit from 2015 to 2019. Stephen redesigned the unit to include decision-making processes and frameworks, the affects of bias in rational decision-making. Stephen enhanced the unit to include decision-making methods such as probability and risk, decision trees, simulation, scenario planning, big data and decision support mechanisms.
Manage, Develop and Implement StrategySince 2011, Stephen has been a lead facilitator in this Strategy unit for both public and corporate programs. Corporate clients have included Paccar and Linfox.
