​Strategic Roadmap

Progenuity partnered with the Executive Team at HM.Clause Pacific to facilitate the development of their five-year strategic roadmap. Four strategic planning workshops served to create the strategic roadmap whilst building skills and confidence in applying the strategic planning process, tools and developing innovative thinking. 

The presentation of the roadmap was well received by the international parent who were impressed by the process, level of analysis and strategic direction.
