Industry Experience and Qualifications: Stephen has held a variety of management and consulting roles across both private and public sectors. He is currently the unit convener for Leading Innovative Thinking and Practice with Swinburne Professional and formerly Unit Convener for Business Decision Making and Analysis at AIM Business School. He was Program Manager at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, where he lead a major change management program; branch manager and principal consultant at an IT management consulting firm; and maintenance engineering manager for the Australian Army in field and project environments. Stephen holds a Master of Science from Cranfield University (UK), a Master of Management Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from UNSW. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, a Prince2 Practitioner and Certified SCRUM Master. He recently published a research paper on Collaborative Communities in the International Journal of Change Management.
