​Strategic Planning and Cultural Shift

Progenuity partnered with the Principal, School Council and Executive team at MLC School to develop the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. ​The planning process engaged each of the Groups in collaborative workshops and design thinking sessions.

Cultural shift was then supported by engaging the broader staff group in the development of the Vision and in the formulation of each strategic pillar.
