Sebastian has a strong industry background with over twenty-six years of experience in constantly evolving corporate environments. He has extensive management experience, having gained valuable insight and understanding in a variety of senior management roles, functions, cultures and politics of a changing business world.  His experience also includes international business and trade roles from which he has developed a unique blend of expertise in both national and international environments.

Following his corporate role, Sebastian has seventeen years experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach.  Sebastian uses his extensive experience to deliver practical, relevant and meaningful development programs.  He is a passionate professional with an infectious positive and enthusiastic attitude that inspires students with confidence in applying the knowledge and techniques learnt during the program.

Sebastian is accredited in DISC behavioural assessment and Genos emotional intelligence.

Sebastian is a published author of four business books which are sold internationally.  His research and writing allows him to draw on a wide range of knowledge and experience to inform his facilitation of programs.  Sebastian has a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of people at work.

In his spare time, Sebastian enjoys playing guitar, boating and fishing, snow skiing and scuba diving.
