Innovation Management

Stephen is the Convener for Swinburne Professional's unit Lead Innovative Thinking and Practice in the Graduate Certificate in Applied Business.   Stephen has redesigned the unit to cover a spectrum of creative and innovation management techniques and frameworks ranging from continuous improvement to business transformation, including Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma and Blue Ocean Strategy.  Stephen facilitates this unit in both public programs and to corporate clients.
