Anita  is an experienced corporate consultant, facilitator and coach in project management, organisational change management and leadership. She has over 30 years’ experience of hands on management and consultancy in both public and private sectors. Her extensive background began in medical science before moving to human resource development and then into executive management.
Anita takes an integrated approach to her projects aligning strategic, operational and people needs. She has the ability to simplify the complex which allows participants to apply learning’s in a pragmatic and practical way, with immediate benefit to the workplace.

Significant Work:
  • Designed the Project Management Framework and delivered learning modules for  local councils and not for project organisations.
  • Facilitated the development of business cases for the implementation of Portfolio Management Offices in both local councils and not for profit organisations.
  • Lead the development of a twenty year scenario plan for a state government department and sponsored the development of strategic implementation frameworks such as project and contract management.
  • Designed and delivered multiple leadership residentials with commonwealth government departments for 3 years.
  • Facilitate ‘Strategic Conversations’ residential workshops for various commonwealth departments.
  • Developed culture and leadership frameworks for various state government departments.
  • Designed and delivered a series of “Working Together” workshops using open space technologies to encourage a culture for change after a large merge and acquisition within the electrical manufacturing industry.
