Strategic Planning
Progenuity facilitated Isuzu Australia's Senior Leadership team's strategic planning event for two successive years. This involved challenging the team's thinking to explore creative ideas and then to select and prioritise opportunities for implementation. Progenuity also helped Isuzu Australia to establish an effective planning and implementation framework that will be used in the years ahead. This process enabled greater levels of understanding and collaboration, so that as a team the business units can now work together towards the achievement of objectives.
