About Us

Organisations comprise complex and co-dependent groups of people, processes and systems. We approach organisational challenges with a multi-perspective yet integrated set of capabilities.

About Progenuity

Whilst working as an engineering manager in the Army,  Stephen was impressed by the ingenuity that was frequently displayed by tradespeople in response to challenging problems in difficult circumstances.  Further displays of creativity were observed in defence acquisition and later business IT projects to address complex stakeholder requirements.  As business managers and executives, Stephen and Sharon experienced the need to create supportive environments that allow people at all levels to engage fully in an organisation's purpose and be empowered to put their talents to use to that end.  Where leaders can promote such environments, the ingenuity flows. Hence Pro-genuity.

Our Integrated Capabilities

Picture
Our consulting and facilitation capabilities mirror those required by your organisation, teams and individuals to deal with the biggest challenges. Our methods are founded on the belief and our peer-reviewed published research that collaborative cultures and networks underpin superior organisational success.

Collaborative Culture is the transformational energy that comes from everyone being engaged and working deliberately towards a shared purpose. It can be seen, felt, measured and enhanced with the capabilities we partner with you to develop.

Why Bees?

Why the "bee" theme?  Well, just bee...cause!  Seriously, it's a bit more than that.  We see that bees in many ways demonstrate the values and behaviours that enable organisations to thrive.  First and foremost they have a clear shared goal; they work collaboratively and selflessly towards achieving that goal.  They have effective leaders at all levels and they 'listen' to one another.  Everyone has a role to play and understands their role.  They're strategically adaptive and sustainably innovative.  When it comes to change, everyone is engaged.
