Leadership Development

Progenuity partnered with the HR team at Ivanhoe Grammar School to support the development of a leadership capability model. They also engaged with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to design a leadership development workshop.
​This one-day workshop was then delivered to the top forty leaders in school providing them with improved understanding of leadership styles and equipping them with a range of practical tools for conducting difficult conversations and providing developmental feedback to their staff.
